Meter reading with a photo

Without the app
No smartphone? No password? A link is enough.
Your landlord invites you by email. After that you sign in with a link sent to your email address and see your statement in the browser: the same calculation, the same invoices, the same way to ask questions.
Go to the tenant portal- Invitation links are valid for 14 days, sign-in links for 30 minutes, and only for you
- Expired? Request a new sign-in link with your email address
- Prefer paper? Your landlord can also give you the statement as a letter

Servers and database are in Frankfurt, photos and invoices sit in private storage in the EU. Your landlord remains responsible for them and ImmoAktas processes them on their behalf. No advertising, no selling of data.
